「吃飯」Finger Food

當冰箱裡有一些有的沒的剩菜剩飯時,
在它們壞掉之前, 正是做 finger food 的好時機~
把土司切小方塊或小圓麵包切薄片, 裹上蛋汁在平底鍋裡微煎至兩面呈金黃色,
然後再把這些剩料一一擺到麵包上,
可甜可鹹,看你高興囉^^
啊嗚~~~~~~

「吃飯」烤辣子芒果

芒果肉帶皮畫成如圖方格撐開像花瓣置盤備用.
無鹽奶油和方糖加熱融化後,
灑上乾燥辣椒子, 稍稍翻炒,
然後直接澆到芒果上,
送入烤箱.
芒果表面略帶焦色即可取出食用啦^^

烤南瓜盅

南瓜對切,一半去籽去皮,切成小丁塊,一半則去籽備用,
把南瓜丁與辣椒入鍋裡拌炒,直到南瓜半熟,加入庫拉泰勒(culatello)火腿和切碎的細香蔥(chives)拌勻,稍加調味,填入另外半個南瓜裡,插入幾枝新鮮迷迭香,送入預熱過的烤箱,攝氏180度烤1個小時,即完成。
(2014年加註,古拉泰勒單吃即可,不要煮它,太浪費了,另外,細香蔥加熱後香氣盡失,上菜前撒上去即可,還有,既然想要用細香蔥,迷迭香就捨去吧;其實,把南瓜帶皮切成薄片,澆上橄欖油,磨些鹽和黑胡椒粉,放進烤箱烘烤,烤好後裝成小盤,搭配古拉泰勒火腿吃,斟杯酒,就很美滿了。)

紅利 Ratafia~la marche 圓頂市集.義大利餐酒會~

憋了許久,
一個月了... ...
首先我想說,
挑剔非我本性。
其次,
這不是我第一次去 Ratafia 用餐,
非常遺憾的,
我吃到中途即離席,
以後也不會再去了。
不過,
圓頂市集提供的酒很不錯,
訂了半打 Chianti Classico, CASA EMMA 2003。
