這是伊斯坦堡頗受歡迎的大眾食堂,我的土耳其料理入門餐館,幾乎叫得出名字的土耳其菜色都可在此一嘗。
鷹嘴豆泥(hummus)、各式扁豆湯和茄子菜色、炒蛋(menemen)、餃子(manti,配優格或奶油一起吃,口感滋味迥異於我們的餃子)、船型披薩(pide)、酥餅(börek)、肉餅(köfte)、加味飯(pilav)、土耳其烤肉(kebab)、葡萄葉捲飯(dolma)等等等。
不能漏了令我神魂顛倒的巴拉瓦餅(baklava)、土耳其軟糖(Turkish delight),還有一款是摻了雞肉絲的蒸糕(口感類似鼎泰豐的千層糕),名字我忘了,但是我好想念喔。松露玫瑰 發表在 痞客邦 留言(0) 人氣(218)
