嘻嘻, 歐洲人真的很愛吃牛骨髓呢, 之前在德國留學的時候, 常常拿 它來煮牛肉湯. 牛骨髓濃郁的味道被我和朋友們戲稱為"牛肉之 魂", 實在是太濃...太濃了! 之前開心買了姐姐的食譜真藏在書架裡, 結果某天我娘煮菜的靈感乾 涸, 我只好出借愛書讓她腦力激盪一下 結果我娘靈感大爆發, 就照著妳的食譜做了一道燉牛肉(篇名我忘了) 味道不錯, 但我滿腹疑惑, 問我娘幹麻放馬鈴薯??(食譜沒寫阿, 妳 是自己變化嗎?) 我娘很天才的回答:"妳看圖片上那個白白圓圓的, 我跟妳爸研 究半 天, 覺得是馬鈴薯, 怎麼樣, 不錯吃吧!" ......不...那明明是牛膝骨!! 哈哈, 挑戰姐姐的食譜, 結果不是很道地~
