是我崇敬的肥鴨先生,赫斯頓布魯門索(Heston Blumenthal)的第四家餐廳,所有菜色源自英國古老的食譜,再以「肥鴨式」的烹飪手法解讀製作。
我先簡單描述,等到寫另兩家餐廳時(之前已經拜訪過 The Fat Duck),四家湊齊一起整理。
雖然用餐時有些差池,不過我還是任性地支持他,以後要再訪。
