Amuses 
Cracker with smoked eel

Round croquette of goat cheese and olives

Deep fried chorizo and potato

Green baby asparagus in aioli

Macadamia nuts in a cornet

Stick of Parmesan cheese and paprika

Starters 
Slow braised shoulder of veal and melted goose liver, mashed potatoes with a light foam of potato and truffle sauce, cracker with foie gras

Carpaccio of sea bass, puree of white onions, foam of smoked garlic and shavings of smoked almonds and black truffle

Amuses 
Salad of turnip and Dutch shrimps, foam of mustard and a wafer on top

Ham on a stick of dried bread in a glass with butter mousse and vacherin mont d’or cheese

Main courses 
Wagyu sirloin steak in its own jus, soft onion compote and potato cubes

Roasted pigeon breast in salted caramel, beignets (poffertje) of the thigh and sherry sauce

Dessert amuse 
Lemon cake with cream

Desserts 
Coconut beignets, coconut- and cardamom ice cream, compote of fresh mango

Millefeuille of vanilla parfait and crispy walnut filo pastry, topped with banana slices and served with caramel sauce

Dark gingerbread cakes and rhubarb sorbet a la mode, vanilla fresh cream and poached rhubarb


The pigeon was perfect, soft, tender......
But, seems they didnt know how to handle Wagyu, too much flavours,
Wonderful desserts, the very first time I wanted to order more desserts after such a big meal!
